It took me several tries to duplicate this problem. When I first tested the source and the detail were saved. I was adding the source to an event which did not previously have a source. It was only when I tried to save the new source to an event which already had a source assigned was I able to duplicate the problem.
A report has been submitted to our problem tracking system to have this fixed.
