1. You can open the clipboard and set up the source and details there without copying from an existing entry. This is the method Geoff uses in all his watch Geoff live webinares. Once you have it on the clipboard you can paste.
2. You can temporarily add the source to an event which has no sources (that works), copy that source to the clipboard, paste it to the correct event which has an existing source (This is the bug that need to be fixed, you cannot add a new source using the normal method to one which has an existing source) then remove the source from the temporary event.
