You are limited to 3 Search Criteria at a time, so you would need to do
one search, perhaps for a John Smith born in 1880 and tag the people
found.  Then do another search for people with that tag set who were
both in England and have a spouse named Mary.

I'm not sure about the further criterion of the spouse's birthplace.
