Once you have your list of relevant John Smiths

Search in that list for
Individual - given names contains Mary
AND
Individual - spouses surname equals Smith
AND
Individual - birth place contains Ireland.

There are missing search criteria but many things can be found by
thinking about it.

The last search without preselecting the relevant John's may work,
depending on the size of your database and the actual surname being searched.
