You need to close Legacy and reopen it - then the update should show. It showed immediately when I opened Legacy this morning.
You can also click on the "Updates" heading to bring up a box indicating an update. I don't recommend that you leave Legacy open for extended periods of time when you're not working in it - if you have a computer malfunction, you could get your data scrambled beyond repair.
