Then in Legacy unlink between the person you want and first one you don't want, so they are separate trees. Then identify the tree(s) you do *not* want. Highlight/Select that tree. Then Tag the Entire Tree (with an unused tag number). Then go to Advanced Deleting and delete all records with that tag number. Works for me!
