Bit difficult for those of us who aren't knowledgeable about Australian
records, so we don't know what fields you want or why the one you
mention isn't suitable.

Looking at my family file, I see I have used the one you mention for a
NSW Birth Index and the corresponding one for a Queensland Death
Certificate.
