I had this problem with the 6 generation report, and the fonts were also a variety of different sizes, which changed when I put boxes around the names!. Support suggested that I delete the Pedigree.usr file (My docs/Legacy family Tree/_AppData/Usr) but this didn't solve the problem. Sherry is working on it for me - will report back if possible.
