Virginia,

Using Chrome v.32.0 as my default browser. I do have IE 9 and Firefox 26.0
installed too. Chrome and IE are also installed on my work laptop with
Chrome being my default.

My issue is with Pedigree View, starting with myself and working back in
my maternal line. Pedigree view is fine until I select my maternal great
grandmother. I can’t get beyond her BUT when I print the Pedigree Chart
everything is fine and in order. I worked with Michele/Support on this
issue and
cleaned up a lot of little things, just not this issue. Because I can run
Legacy 8 with the latest update on my office laptop, we are thinking that
perhaps I have a setting on my personal laptop causing this glitch. The
information below is the last email conversation with Michele. We also
checked
screen resolution on both laptops. Any suggestions?
