Pedigree view is fine until I select my maternal great grandmother. I can’t get beyond her BUT when I print the Pedigree Chart everything is fine and in order. I worked with Michele/Support on this issue and cleaned up a lot of little things, just not this issue. Because I can run Legacy 8 with the latest update on my office laptop, we are thinking that perhaps I have a setting on my personal laptop causing this glitch. The information below is the last email conversation with Michele. We also checked screen resolution on both laptops. Any suggestions? > Sandy Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
