To my immediate responder, I think you miss the point I was making. We are 
buying a professional product. The penultimate update to my mind , as I said, 
was un-professional. I made no reference to programmers being responsive or 
otherwise. I only referred to the penultimate update, which I note has been 
quickly corrected.

This group is about Legacy and its use and a rightful place to express opinions 
on the product.

If they are  “complaints” where else might one direct them to the assistance of 
all. Surely this group is the right forum, most of whose members don’t seem to
