If you've only got the .PART file, then the download has failed or is in progress. Where is Firefox putting downloaded files when it's finished? Where is Firefox putting the download whilst it's in progress? If all you see is the .PART file, don't be impatient. Wait for it to finish. Even with a super-fast DSL line, downloading 48683kb is going to take more than a few minutes.
