In Legacy 7.5 I used to enter the range of Jan-Mar 1856 by typing 1-3 1856. This does not work the same in L8 as it converts the 1-3 into 1 Mar (UK Date). I do not like entering the date as Mar Q 1856 as this gets translated in GEDCOM to "From Jan to Mar" and I end up with a mixture of date ranges effectively meaning the same thing. Can the L7.5 date range input be reinstated?
