Hi Chuck, You don't say which version of Legacy you are using. In Legacy 8 on Family View in the top right corner of the Children area is an icon to access a Child list where you can reorder, set status and parent-child relationships. One of the ways Legacy 8 is less reliant on right click menus.
In Legacy 7 right click in the Child Area and choose Children's Settings (actually this works in Legacy 8 as well) Once there look for the arrows on the right to reorder the children.
