It puts children with unknown DOB's at the top.  In the right click menu there 
is also a "Children's Settings" choice which is the same as you referenced, 
only two clicks away.  The point I was making is that the right click context 
menu is there with everything I remember from V7.  Are you not seeing these 
selections?
