Gene, I'm a beta tester and I tend to know the regular error numbers. This one was unfamiliar and I both looked it up in the Troubleshooting help and searched my email and the bug tracker for a mention. I found one mention relating to the Geodatabase.
From the website troubleshooting help, it appears to be a problem with the Family File. To go further, you really need to go to Support.
