And I'm the exact opposite - my eye is drawn to voids, which remind me
that I'm missing data and need to research to find it.

I'm more likely to ignore fields that have data in them while I"m
looking for what needs to be added!  An "est" date may be the best
I'll ever be able to find so why should I look for that when I have
other individuals with nothing at all......
