I am using Legacy 8.0.0.439 on a Windows 7 computer. I have a basic source named "Online database" that is completely blank. I use it when I can't find a template that suits me. When I go to the citation detail, the "source detail" box is useless since it has a limited number of characters. If I enter the information in the Text box it adds the name of the master source before the text. I type the source as I'd like to to appear in the Overrides box in the source detail and it looks fine (except the Bibliography being blank). But when I update the text in the override box I have to do each source separately since the change doesn't show up if I try to update each time the source appears by pasting. I have to first remove the previous entry and re-add the new one. It's hard to explain and I've probably confused the issue more. It doesn't seem like the basic sources work very well.
