Kristin:

Here is how I source Find-A-Grave:

Source List Name: Find-a-Grave - Angstadt, Daniel Keller - 1790

Recorded Date: 28 Jul 2009 (this is the recorded date on website)

The publication facts are what I found on the Find-A-Grave website.

I reuse this as my basic Template for Find-A-Grave and just change the
persons name (Angstadt, Daniel Keller) and their birth year (1790) and
change the Publication Facts and the Recorded date for a new person.

This works well for me and I use it as a source for all the people listed
in the Publication Facts above.

Hope this helps.
