Hi Susan,
A lot depends on where you have entered the medical information.
You may have made a special event for various illnesses (I have one to
record blindness/glaucoma in one branch of my family. In earlier
generations I don't have the diagnoses but they a number either had very
poor eyesight or went blind - in the previous generation there are many
cases of glaucoma)
You may have just entered the information in Medical Notes.
Cause of Death may be relevant.
Or you may have used General Notes.

Another consideration is whether the people concerned all belong to the
one branch of the family so you can capture them all in a descendant
report or whether several branches are involved.

You may need a chart to show the relationships and a Descendant Report
with the notes. If you've used events to record the information, you
could edit other event types (in the Master Event Definition list would
be the quickest) to be private so they weren't included.

Or you may be able to use a Legacy Charting Chart and add text boxes for
the notes and copy and paste them to the chart.
or Save a Legacy Chart report to text and then work in your Word processor.

How easy it is depends on how you've entered the data.
