Jenny, Personally, if I knew the person was born in the March quarter and I knew that their exact baptismal date was 01 Feb, I would change the birth date to Between 01 Jan 1862 and 01 Feb 1862. I have now narrowed their birth down to 30 days instead of 3 months and I won't get a PP error. Since I will have the GRO as the source for the birth it will be obvious that I narrowed the date from the quarter date.
