That's right! My grandmother was born in November 1903 (Dec Q 1903) but the
birth wasn't registered until Mar Q 1904. I presume her parents had to pay a
fine for late registration. This is a slightly artificial case since I do know
her date of birth. If I hadn't, then I'd have entered her dob as Abt.1904.
