Isn't that just the Religious name?  I know American Jews
have a name *and* a religious name; the religious name is
not used for non-religious purposes (and most of the time is
a closely held secret) -- at least that's what my Jewish
friends and relatives tell me.

If I were recording these, I'd certainly put them in the AKA
and then suppress inclusion.
