The closest would be an Ancestor Book Report. We do have a suggestion on the list for the option to change the generation numbering on the Ancestor chart in Legacy to Ahnentafel numbers or other numbers.
I haven't seen TinyTafel used for years. I remember when they were all the rage. There used to be a free utility for generating them but I don't think that's even around anymore. Note the article that Cheryl linked to - great article, BTW - was written in 2011....
