I think the problem is that when you attach a Source both to an Individual and to a General To-Do you would need two message boxes to appear - one which tells you which Individuals use the Source and one which tells you which General To-Dos use the Source. This is possibly not an insurmountable problem for the programmers but perhaps something they haven't thought was needed.
