Lynne, You will need to download your tree as a gedcom file. Here are the instructions from the TribalPages website https://tribalpages.com/trails/ugedcom.html
You can then import the gedcom into Legacy. Your attached images will not transfer. This is a limitation of the gedcom protocol. You will need to download the images to your hard drive and then link to them in Legacy.
