I don't use Clooz - I tried it out years ago. What stuck was the Clooz method of filing paper under type and then number. Brilliant. And so long as you enter the File ID in Legacy, it's very easy to find the piece of paper you want.
Whether you file by some family system like MRIN or Ancestor Colour or by type of document depends on how you think. I get paralysed thinking of filing by family - which family, how to maintain cross references to various families - multiple copies - a sheet to fill in?? Whereas filing by document type is a breeze.
