I have used CLOOZ since it was designed many years ago. It has helped me keep track of documents collected. I don't use all the bells and whistles of the program but it has made it much easier for me to locate a document that I've used as proof of an event.
Documents are all numbered, placed in an acid free sleeve and in a 3 ring binder. The document number is placed in the Legacy detail screen in the File ID field. Anytime I need to look at the document again or reproduce it to send off it's right there. I no longer have to go through reams of paper looking for what I want. When preparing for a research trip I can check each individual and see what I already have checked for her/him. I find it a VERY helpful program.
