And Joe and Rich will personally answer your emails! They figured out why I couldn't run it on my XP machine: an XP file that was needed to run Clooz was corrupted on that old machine. I had other problems with that computer, plus XP was no longer supported, so I bought a new computer. As I told Ana, I just haven't had time to get Clooz installed on the new one. I look forward to when I can.
