Hoping I’m not insulting your intelligence but have you set Options/Customize/General settings 1.3 for Starting Family? Check other options as well if you have not.
Startup Family does not display on initial load. Click on the "Family" tab, and it comes up.Display Tooltips - When you hover over a button, you get a blank box. Click on the button, and if there are multiple items, the selection box fills in. Single items produce pop-up boxes.Display Quick Names List - When you hover over a button for husband or wife, you bet a blank box. Clicking gives you a pop-up box. Buttons on the Marriage line work fine. Also works fine when you hover over a child. Working with Legacy support to try and resolve these issues. Answers may be in the .usr files. Waiting to hear back. Since this is a secondary genealogy program, I haven't really done any detailed testing. Hope this is of value to other members of the group.
