Pat,

I’ve replied to similar questions in the past. I currently "distribute" the
shared events to all participants by taking the GEDCOM exported from Legacy and
modifying it in an Excel spreadsheet using VBA code I prepared. Takes about 20
min to process my 3700-person family tree, with a GEDCOM over 300,000 lines.
I’ve successfully uploaded the modified GEDCOMs to Ancestry and to my TNG site,
so I suspect it would work for Family Search as well.

I'm willing to share with others by email (can't include attachment in the
LegacyUsers messages).

Subject: [LegacyUG] Family Search and Shared Events

So, I love shared events because it's such a timesaver in Legacy. However,
none of these shared events can be shared with Family Search family tree!
Suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Pat
