Hi Carolyn, You don't actually need to save a focus group in order to use it, just create it - but if you're likely to want it again, it's a great idea to save it (note to self - save some focus groups ;-) )
Before you click on "select file name and start export", click on the Record Selection button at the bottom left of the screen. Choose the focus group there. The message in the box next to it will change from "All records in the entire Family File" to "Focus Group records."
