There is no way to suppress the sentence for their "marriage" date and
place in the report. As Cathy explained in her reply you do have some
control over wording. If you leave date and place blank there will still
be a sentence in the paragraphs like "Joe had a partnership with Bill".
In terms of their relationship however I would enter the date and place
where they were "married" if that is legal in the jurisdiction where
they live or the date and place where they began living together since
you say you are not sure if they married.
