Thanks for your prompt reply Jim. The use of a word processor to amend final text is clearly far easier in my case than attacking the database with MS Access even though I do have and use that. I am concerned that the fix will leave my database vulnerable as you say to other issues and add ins not working. I wonder if anyone has a template of how they handled it post production with a word processor in their tree?
Can you give any indication Jim when the problem will be resolved in the software though? Hopefully before the following tree publication in 5 month time.
