Brian, thank you for your most thorough feed back. You found a lot of things, including our competitor's knowledge base (we have one too). But what you did not find is their internal system used to track, categorize and prioritize issues as well as manage programming projects. This may be what some of our users want access to. However, these kinds of systems are available only to employees plus approved beta testers who have signed non-disclosure agreements. To access this kind of system you must have a username and password -- or commit the criminal act of hacking the server. And by the way, these kinds of systems are "secret" for good reason. Amen!
