It's not hidden. Perhaps you are using a really old bookmark? The site
has been updated.

Go to www.legacyfamilytree.com
Click on Help Centre then Troubleshooting Help at the top of the
dropdown list.
On the left there is a menu.
Expand the Error Messages and Problems
Scroll down to find your error number.
OR on the Troubleshooting page, use the Search box on the right
