Chrystal, Anne has the right idea but I'd do your sorting and deleting in Excel.
The csv file is created from the Print in the Name List. Cathy Chrystal Emory wrote:
Thank you. I will give that a try. My 8k are not all mine. Some are people I have helped. That's why I want to do this so I can get them separated and get on with my own lines. I can't imagine having over 100,000. Kudo's to you and thank you again for the idea. If I don't please forgive me and someone can set me straight. I'm sure there will be offers to do that. I have never ask a question first, only replied. I have tried to figure out how to make a text list of names. I have 8 thousand plus. I don't wish to have to type all of them into a list. I have accomplished making a list but every other line is grayed/shadowed. That does not allow me to cut and paste the names to an xcel file. Any thoughts? Crystal
