THANK YOU all for your ideas.  I am going to go back through and see what I
was doing wrong with the directions Brian gave me because those are the
directions I found in the help files.  I was getting a list but I couldn't
cut and past from it.  It did have the data I wanted.  However, with
Steve's suggested help I have solved my dilemma.    I now have the file I
wanted.  Thank you all again.
