Can't cut and paste as I wanted. It creates a .csv file and when I attempt to view I can't view it as a csv file, but it does allow me to preview it on the screen or print it. The preview I get will not allow me to cut and paste. I am probably doing something stupid again. Maybe I should just slap my forehead now. Any thoughts on what I might be missing? I have tried to figure out how to make a text list of names. I have 8 thousand plus. I don't wish to have to type all of them into a list. I have accomplished making a list but every & nbsp; other line is grayed/shadowed. That does not allow me to cut and paste the names to an xcel file. Any thoughts?
