Cathy, you mentioned TeamViewer. What versions does this occur with? I intend to use it for personal use (after a couple of years not requiring it), but have only the “free” version 7. I think v10 or 11 is current, with Jira plugins etc.

Are you running TeamViewer? Some people get an incompatibility that shows with blank data I think in the Name List. Have you changed colours? If so try another colour scheme. You may have inadvertently ended up with text and background the same colour.
