I don't know. I haven't had the problem but some of the Support staff
have but not others. They've also found that's been the problem with
some users - which is why it is mentioned in some of the Support articles.
I've used TeamViewer to troubleshoot Legacy for friends with no problems.
It may be when it's always on in the Background.

Eliz,
You're in the Names List and not the Index view as you first said?
Are you running TeamViewer? Some people get an incompatibility that
shows with blank data I think in the Name List.
Have you changed colours? If so try another colour scheme. You may
have inadvertently ended up with text and background the same colour.
