Original message: Windows Phone maps are much good.. also "HereMaps" & "HereDrive" Apps on windows for navigation..
I agree that Here mapping as used on Windows Phones is excellent, but I think Microsoft (which has its own mapping = Bing Maps) has discontinued its arrangement for the newer Windows Mobile 10 operating system on their phones, and Here has other ventures (car navigation for a group of manufacturers in Europe?). The changes Nokia to Microsoft seem to have worked out like that. (Here mapping is also available from any web browser - and it is quite good even in Australia.) I'm not sure what the developer licensing costs for the Google or the Here APIs are like - changing Legacy's mapping from Bing to Google or Here is a cost and an effort that may be too much. All of this is off-topic I guess. Known providers for free email accounts whose emails do not require this conversion include gmail.com and hotmail.com. Many other email providers will also work but you will have to give them a try.
