Be sure to send your suggestion to Support. Just mentioning it on this will not put it on the list.

I mention this child of a great-grand-aunt (aunt of the starting person) because he was a surprise & changed the narrative of his mother's life and I looked for him in the report because I wanted to share his story. I can of course create a family group record for his family, but the bigger point is that in researching my family I have included all siblings & their spouses. Occasionally the sibling's spouse has a family surname and I have then traced that person back to see if or how they fit into the family. In some cases they will be cousins, maybe 2nd or 3rd. None of these links show up in the ahnentafel report & I think it makes the family tree more interesting to see all the connections. These happen to be German records but I found the same thing in my Jersey Dutch ancestors (another family line) where there was a lot of intermarriage between families. Just surprising to me that such a report can't be generated through the Legacy software. I do thank all who have made suggestions. And Legacy .............how about it? Can you program the software to create such a report? Not elegant but would let people see what was what. Eliz Not Today and Not without a Fight (Anon) For all that has been, thanks. For all that will be, yes.
