There is a link to the suggestion form in the Support section of the Legacy 
Home tab or you can just go to the website www.LegacyFamilyTree.com and look 
under Help Center.

Ahnentafel means "ancestor table". It's a report of the starting person's 
ancestors. Children of siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, other spouses, etc are 
*not* your ancestors, hence they're not in Ancestor or Ahnentafel reports. I 
don't know of any program which shows this type of ancestor report.

TreeDraw Legacy does allow you to create a chart with additional lines in it, 
so you could do that, but it has a steep learning curve and each line beyond 
the starting one must be added separately.
