I use Firefox for my browser and I see the Captcha box. I checked my
Firefox security settings and did not see anything that might control
display of the box there. I visited the download page and looked at the
page source however and the captcha box control is a Script. "<script
src='https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js'></script>"
Maybe you have something on your computer that is blocking that script
from loading.
