Hi you are probably more advanced than I am but just in case... sometimes the screen resolution combined with the zoom size will cause items to not appear on the display and I have experienced the scroll bars not appearing. So I lower the zoom.
Captcha's shouldn't be affected by pop-up blockers etc?
