That has produced exactly what I was after.
I hadn't previously understood what I needed to enter to get the report
required but all fine now - still learning.

Check out the Multiple Line of Descent Report. That's the most comprehensive
and you can set it up not to repeat duplicate lines.
However no book report will pick up everyone in your file.
