There are still workaround required for reports. The job is half done. For languages where different words are used for masculine and feminine partners, the partners are still identified in reports with one masculine and feminine term. This is a faux pas when both are men or females. Need to be corrected. Minor correction can be done on an individual basis (nothing that satisfactory), but since decision has been taken to incorporate same sex marriage, all the adjustments should be automatic in reports which is not the case for languages other tha English. I already had objections from one male-male couple where one of the partners was identified as the "wife". I know it can be change in English for "Spouse", but it is not a solution for languages like French where there is a different term for masculine and feminine - époux/épouse or conjoint/conjointe.
