Chris,

Have you considered the problem might be with programming in the computer
(driver or firmware)? As I wrote in my initial post, the first thing I did was
check the drivers of both the graphics card and internal graphics section of
the computer. I next check the BIOs level. After checking that, I only then
moved on to the application. And that was because the problem had occurred in
only a single window (main) in Legacy.

The only problem I ever had with 'Windows 10' since the release of that OS was
traced to the firmware of the HP computer. It took a while, but checking HP
support online I finally found the problem listed (deep into support) stating
that 'some' models of the desktop I had would not 'wake up' from sleep mode. HP
had a fix that 'might' correct the problem by flashing the firmware. I still
run Windows 8.1 on that computer (no problems with that OS for which the
computer was designed).

As a general note, this might not be an issue with Legacy but with Windows. I
have the same problem with Outlook quite regularly and occasionally with other
software.
