Are you getting any sort of error message when you go to open Legacy and
it fails - in which case, what does it say? Or is it just not doing
anything?
Have you rebooted your computer and tried again after doing that?
How are you opening Legacy? Do you have an icon on your Desktop or
Taskbar? Or do you locate your data file in File Explorer and
double-click on that? Or something else?
