Brian, the point is that clicking the icon fails to open Legacy.
Carrie, No, I don't have Access. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
Wendy, I have the icon on my taskbar, and I click on that. I'm not getting
any sort of error message. Nothing happens when I click on it.Yes, I did
re-start my computer.
Cathy, I followed your suggestion and that didn't work either. Nor did
going to a backup work.

Now what??
